Executive Coaching services involve individual meetings in the context of achieving specific professional goals, such as:

Increasing efficiency and implementing a behavior change program.

The Executive & Business Coaching programs are basically held in two-hour meetings. The content and procedure for each meeting is agreed with the client in relation to the goals, priorities and development needs that have been set. We start from where the client is now, and consider what they would like to do differently and better, before developing an action plan to help them achieve those goals.
The structure - phases of the Coaching process:
A. Setting Goals: we define the goals together with the client.
B. Information Collection - Research Phase: explore the issues facing the client in relation to the above goals he has set.
C. Support Phase: The Coach presents the client with material that offers him new ideas & knowledge or refers to case studies that encourage the client to see his situation and behaviors from a different perspective.
D. Assimilation Phase: Coach and client work together to define new behaviors, actions and thought processes that the client could use and then fully assimilate.
E. Action Plan: The client can choose to commit to doing things differently and better, and report the results of progress to the Coach.
F. Reporting Phase: The client gives feedback to the coach about unresolved issues arising from the new approach adopted and receives new support if needed.
The services, or part of them, can be carried out through:
Individual Sessions. Individual sessions are held either face-to-face, via video conference, or online.
Group Sessions – Coaching is often more effective when it takes place on a team level. Group sessions are held either face-to-face, via video conference, or online.
Telephone Conferences or via video conference– They develop focus, energy and courage.
Online Coaching (Email Coaching)– For some people, the written word is the way they think. They want time to think about exactly what they want to say, and time to digest what has been said. They can read and re-read what has been written. They can archive the material and come back to it later.
